Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is need based on a first-come-first-served basis, and is only given for full enrollment for the 26 weeks for the Ensemble Program (Roots I, Roots II, Debut, Youth Orchestra, Piano I, Piano II, Guitar, and Vocal Ensemble). Financial assistance is NOT AVAILABLE for the Solo Program (Private Lessons) or Music Enrichment Electives.

Deadline to apply for financial aid for the 2026-2027 Academic Year is September 1st, 2026. Applications and materials submitted after that deadline will not be considered.

Families that receive aid are required to volunteer 20 hours per year (2 field trips for the Summer Program). Families must reapply for financial aid each year.

Any student on a scholarship or given financial aid is expected to attend every day of the program. Every day missed is scholarship money that could have been provided to another student. 3 missed classes will result in termination of the scholarship or financial aid and continuation of the program can be done so at regular cost. If days need to be missed for extenuating circumstances, please coordinate with us ahead of time so we can adjust the program cost and aid amount accordingly. Continued absences without any communication will affect eligibility for future scholarship/aid consideration.
